Sorry for the lack of updates — what with the holidays, and the booze, and the carrying on, it’s really hard to want to post anything on the internet. Anyhow, we should be back now and I’ll be placing up more of the archived videos and some new ones shortly. In the meantime, here’s a YouTube link to Scott Stevens’ part from “Thanks Brain”, by Think Thank. It’s got all my favorite things in snowboarding. Tamedogs, wildcats, bonks, slides, and clever little maneuvers, and luckily no 1260’s.

Bang Bang!

If you like snowboarding then you probably like these guys over at Isenseven. I know this, because I barely like snowboarding and I like them a lot. I went over to their site today and saw there were some videos up there I hadn’t seen yet. This one is from back in August, but I figured I’d post a link to it since it’s my new favorite snowboarding clip… ever. It’s mostly my favorite clip because it involves: dudes playing drinking games, more dudes sitting around, dudes chugging, barely any girls, a guy with his pants down, then a girl in her underwear, and barely any snowboarding, then more dudes wrestling with each other. From what I can tell, it looks like these guys drink as much as me — in fact, I swear that the house they’re in at around 3min 30sec is in Whistler, and I was there. So my question to you, Isenseven, is this: Did I hot tub with you and a bunch of dudes in our underwear? This is also the perfect video since tonight is Friday, and I’ll be partaking in similar activities… except at an expensive bar with bottle service, high priced hookers, and not nearly as many dudes trying to touch me.

Shoulda Been Gone!

There was a comment on Evan and Scott’s video Sherry, Baby! asking what all the songs were… So I put together a YouTube track listing. Yeah, it’s almost 2008 so this sort of thing is fairly easy. I will note although their video is currently labeled “Sherry”, and not “Sherrie” (as the Steve Perry song), they may want to rethink their careers in Rock History; But who knows, maybe that blondie’s name was Sherry, not Sherrie, and the sound just fit. And now I carry on!

To Make Waffles

Here we have another entry of Robjn’s into the Whistler 72 Hour Film Festival, “To Make Waffles”. Which year, I can’t be certain. You see — we drink a lot, and can’t afford to remember silly things like dates, or people’s names, or family member’s birthdays. All I can remember is that I didn’t go to support Robjn when this was being aired at the festival… because I had better things to do; and I don’t know about where you’re from, but in North America, they charge by the hour.

And here’s another archived video. Sorry, still no new ones — although very soon I’m sure. Whistler has been open for a bit, and the city mountains in Vancouver just opened up. Either way, here’s another one to hold place for the next little bit… This was from the spring… I don’t know when; Whenever I was riding that 53 signal. 3 years? I can live with that. It’s Me, Rusty, Robjn, and friends snowboarding up in the Whistler park, spring time. Hooray.

One Run Avec!

This is from… I think two years ago. Yeah, sure. It’s one run through the blackcomb park on our way down the hill for the day to aprés at the Longhorn to go look at some spicy silicone servers and, of course, drink draught beer. Snowboarding is really only worth half the trouble if at the end of the day it can’t afford you some drinks and high-priced service. Okay, here we go: One Run Avec Mikee, Brown, Robjn.

…and the Low Road and the Fucking Lawnmower of Solitude! Another old video I’m archiving up on here. Robjn made this a year or two ago for the Whistler Halloween Horror Film Festival. It’s too bad that it takes an event like Halloween to get people excited about blood, titties, and chainsaws. Well, titties anyway — which incidentally is the only thing on that list that this video is lacking. Sometimes I wish Robjn was a little more considerate. For you. For me. For the entire human race. Lucky for you — I am. Below the video: titties, because Robjn lacked the courage!
