Crapneto’s east infection and babe magnet protégé Evan Rissi put together this little 80’s infused mash-up. For all of you easy lovers out there, here’s a quick bio of our friend: Hailing from west Orillia, Evan spends lots of time on Facebook, loves watching episodes of Lost all cuddled up in his Slanket with a bowl of Orville Redenbacher’s stove-pop popcorn. When not totally immersed in the goings-ons of Jack, John Locke, and everyone else on that wacky island, he can be found sneaking in an episode or two of Heroes. Brunettes and blondes need not apply, he only likes the ginger’s bread. Without further adieu: Sherry, Baby!
Another upload from the old site. I’m slowly getting things in order around here. This is Robjn’s submission to the Whistler 72 hour Film Festival from last year. It’s called Dogshirts, and I won’t type any more.
Ho! It’s another old one. This is from last year. January 30th, actually. It features Robjn Taylor getting kinda bummed out, not being impressed, and being impressive. It also has Matt Belzile agreeing. There are a handful of cameos in the video too which include: Jeremy not grabbing his board but instead dangling his arms, Andrew nose pressing, and some other snowboarders.
So tomorrow night the Sandbox crew is having a second showing of their video Time Well Wasted up in Whistler at Buffalo Bills. Here’s the pitch right from the horse’s mouth
If you missed the Whistler premiere in September, here’s your second chance. We will be showing our new film, ‘Time Well Wasted’ at Buffalo Bills on Wednesday, November 21st. Doors open at 8pm. Come out, have a drink with us and check out the show.
Note the last line, specifically “come out, have a drink with us”. If you live in Whistler, or can make it up for the showing — I’d strongly suggest you get up there and find Sani. He’ll have drink tickets — and hey, he invited you. If you need a second excuse, the intro alone is worth the drive to Acton. Our very own Robjn Taylor put it together, and it’s got all of the Longhorn girls naked in it.
Good luck, kids!
P.S. Rusty Ockenden and Geoff Brown are also in the video. So there’s that.
Here’s a clipping of Jeff Pepperdine’s B-Roll from two years ago when he filmed for Sandbox’s Flavour Country. It’s got rails, jumps, jibs, jabs, slides, and bonks. It also has Pepperdine, sober.
